The purpose of a select sale is to give the prospective buyer prior knowledge of any horse in the
sale that he/she may find interesting. Internet viewing of the pony, its past training history,
breeding, and polo experience, as well as photos and/ or video will be available 30 days prior to
the sale. All pony information will be available to view no later then April 10, 2008.
We feel this is an excellent way to introduce the prospective buyer to the pony.
A Select Sale Candidate is a pony that is reviewed by an affiliate of the Aiken Polo Pony Sale.
The inspection will take place at a practice, a game or at a tournament convenient to entry’s polo
club.
The owner of the candidate will have a veterinarian of their choice inspect the pony for polo
soundness. (Owners: please complete form and return with entry.) Photographs and/ or videos
must be submitted.
Upon satisfactory completion this pony is entered into the Spring Select Sale.
All required forms and documents must be received BY MAIL no later than April 1, 2008. Please
include entry form, check, veterinarian certificate, and photos/ videos.
