Buyer Responsibilities

1. Buyers must register with the Aiken Spring Select Sale to receive

bidder/ rider number that will enable them to try and/ or bid on ponies.

2. Any veterinarian examining (other than the prior vet exam done by

owner) desired by Buyer is the sole responsibility of the potential buyer

and

this must be completed prior to the sale.

3. Buyers shall be courteous to the Owner of the pony and respect the

Owner's wishes for his pony during the viewing period.
