The undersigned Owner does hereby request A.P.P.S. to enter this horse in the auction sale to be conducted in
Aiken, S.C. on May 10, 2008. Deadline for appearing in the Auction Catalog is April 1, 2008. This contract becomes
effective when signed by the Owner and accepted by A.P.P.S. with non-refundable payment of $295.00. The Owner
understands and agrees to perform all of the obligations of the Owner as set forth in the Conditions of Sale in the
Auction Catalog or www.aikenpoloponysale.com. I understand that once I have consigned my horse or horses to this
sale and the horse’s name has appeared in any advertisement, flyer, website/internet or auction sale catalog that the
horse will not be sold or scratched from this auction. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO PRIVATE TREATY SALES on
the auction grounds. Any horse sold at the Aiken Spring Select Sale ground or prior to shipping from the sales
grounds must pay a full sales commission.
